This guide explains our own packages and how to compare proposals. It is not a market-average price survey.

Consider Growth when you need up to eight pages, advanced lead forms, Google Analytics, an enhanced local SEO foundation, and booking or integration support. It includes three monthly content updates.

All website plans include domain registration, managed hosting, SSL, maintenance, and support. A larger plan does not guarantee traffic or sales; the offer, visibility, customer experience, and follow-up still matter.
List the pages you need, who supplies copy and images, and what revisions are included. A page count alone does not describe the full project.
Choose the main outcome: a phone call, estimate request, appointment, purchase, or portal login. Ask how that action will be tested.
Confirm domain registration, account access, ownership, and what happens if you change providers. Review the written agreement before paying.
Ask what maintenance covers, how many content updates are included, and what counts as additional work.
Check whether titles, descriptions, mobile layouts, indexing setup, and lead tracking are included. Distinguish initial SEO setup from ongoing SEO work.
Name the calendar, CRM, payment tools, and data sources involved. Confirm any third-party subscriptions, messaging fees, or AI usage charges.
A redesign may not be the first priority. If people cannot find you, discuss SEO and AI search visibility. If inquiries go unanswered, explore AI and follow-up automation. If work gets lost between tools, consider a portal or CRM. For unclear performance, start with dashboards and analytics.
